Last night, V's brother Curtis had a show at Dazzle and we all went to watch. He did a really great job.

It was a sweet way to end a sad day. I'm back to work today.. hopefully I'll be feeling a bit more 'normal' soon. Really ready for the weekend. :)

I'm haven't checked in for ages, I've been off in the real world too and not online much. I'm so sorry to hear about v's grandfather. These things really bring us back down to earth don't they and make us realize how special the ones around us are.

hope you guys continue to find comfort in each other.. and that was an awesome way to end the day... my son plays trumpet and loves it - have to show him the pic...
p.s. i know that's not a trumpet- trombone, right? i just meant for him to see a grown-up still playing!
