Vito made yummy Vietnamese Pho last night using the mint and basil from the garden. He bought a smoker a couple weeks ago and has been smoking meat like crazy. He smoked the pork for the pho and it tasted dino-mite!
We went up to Louisville today to see Pete and the Dutch Princess' new baby girl at the hospital. Sofia Chen Meyer. So cute and so tiny, 5lbs. I started knitting a sweater when I found out she was pregnant. I had a hunch it was going to be a boy, so I started the blue cashmere one... then they found out it was a girl.
..so of course I had to make a pink one too. She's going to have to gain some weight to fill out that pink one.
